Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days (most of the time sooner). Processing times have nothing to do with shipping times. Kreative Kreations by Kia does not ship on weekends. If orders are placed on the weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day which is Monday. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please ensure that the email provided is accurate. Our shipping is through USPS. Delivery normally takes 2-5 days. Please please be sure to include correct shipping information. Kreative Kreations by Kia is not responsible for INCORRECT shipping information. If you package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Once your package has been shipped Kreative Kreations by Kia are not responsible for delivery issues. You will need to contact your local post office. Once your order status  states "SHIPPED/DELIVERED" Kreative Kreations by kia will not assist with REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS.
